We’re Taking Action to Remediate a Security Vulnerability

Earlier today, the FBI and National Security Agency issued an alert regarding two critical vulnerabilities affecting PHP, a widely used software platform. Out of an abundance of caution and in accordance with recommended security guidance, we have temporarily restricted external access to our HelpSpot application while we implement the necessary patches.

Internal SS&C employees will continue to have access to HelpSpot. In the meantime, support requests may be submitted by emailing Helpdesk@innovestsystems.com, calling our Help Desk at 866-266-6691, or contacting your Client Advocate directly.

We are working to restore external access as quickly and safely as possible and will provide updates as progress is made. Protecting client data and maintaining the security of our systems remain our highest priorities.
